All shampoos and conditioners are formulated to ensure quality, efficacy, biodegradability and compatability.

All our surfactants are sourced from Coconut & Palm Oils and from Corn Starch.

There is much awareness to the avoidance of Sodium Lauryl Sulphates and much media hype about Sodium Lareth Sulphate. However, research shows that Sodium Laureth Sulphate sourced from natural oils and ethical processing are more efficient and perform better than other surfactants now being touted as "Natural". 

There is a balance to strike when formulating between extreme scare tactics and common sense and we are always in tune with the "everything in moderation" approach. Be assured all our surfactants are naturally sourced and user friendly with a long history of being mild and non irritant.

We understand that what goes down the drain impacts on our water tables and rivers. It is our quest to maintain the habitat and the animals that live there with a mind to preserving especially the green tree frog. His environment is precarious and constantly imperilled by human population impact. Our belief is that if the green tree frog cannot live here, then neither can we! Our mascot we chose some time ago is thus the green tree frog.

Wherever we can source a better ingredient that does the job better and safer we will switch to using it. We were the first to switch to using Hydrocarbon propellants when CFC's were the norm and the first to ban smoking in our salons which are all in major shopping malls.

All our products are tested on us and our families and friends. We do not test on animals.
